The floors are in terracotta and the ceilings are with original wooden beams.

La Civetta
Apartment with independent access located on the ground floor, with a double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa and a cast iron firewood stove and a small dining area with kitchenette.

La Scuola
This mini-apartment was really a school, it was built after the 2nd world war on top of the huge wood-burning oven, which still exists, which was used to make bread once a week, and under the shade of a centuries-old oak tree.
