This apartment is not part of the main farm, it was obtained from a small stable of which we have maintained, restoring the original windows. Entering the apartment we find the kitchenette with a view of San Quirico d’Orcia, the dining area and the living room with a single sofa bed and an ancient cast iron stove-fireplace. The room is double but it is possible to add a bed.
Outside there is a large and panoramic private square in terracotta surrounded by a low wall, overlooking the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, with a canopy, table, chairs and barbecue.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
To confirm the reservation we require an advance of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer, the balance will be paid on site during the stay by bank transfer, cash or credit card.

Free cancellations with refund up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Date change always allowed subject to availability.
