This mini-apartment was really a school, it was built after the 2nd world war on top of the huge wood-burning oven, which still exists, which was used to make bread once a week, and under the shade of a centuries-old oak tree; until the end of the 60s, the children of the sharecroppers who lived in Selvoli and in the nearby farms, attended elementary school here in “mixed” classes (first, second and third), the teacher came down on foot from Pienza and the children reached her along the dirt road.

The School is a studio of 18 square meters for one or two people, with a French bed (190x160cm), kitchen with electric hob and oven, refrigerator with freezer, bathroom with shower and fenced outdoor garden with table and chairs, relaxing area with sofa and hanging armchair, brick barbecue. From the garden there is direct access to the swimming pool. It is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.
